+ gdb added (not working).
+ When executing make with a target, it is not rebuild any longer, if
nothing has been changed.
+ Added *-force tags to have the old behaviour still available (not
finished).
+ Added clean-* rules for each sub target.
+ Added realclean-* ruels, whch will remove the downloaded file, too.
NOTE: Currently NOT TESTED!!!
